Returns and Exchanges Policy
At ANNA DIAMOND, each piece is made to order with great care and precision. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference, including cancellations before delivery, except in the following cases:
Incorrect Item If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@breval.jp within 7 days of receipt. After confirming the issue, we will ask you to send the item back to us with postage paid by us. Upon receiving the incorrect item, we will send you the correct item.
Damaged Item If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@breval.jp within 7 days of receipt. After confirming the issue, we will ask you to send the damaged item back to us with postage paid by us. Upon receiving the damaged item, we will send you a replacement.
Return Instructions
Items to Return:
- The returned product
- Any cases or boxes
- The warranty card
Shipping Method: Please use a traceable and insured shipping method, such as a courier or Yu-Pack, to prevent accidents (do not use mail). Keep the shipping receipt from the carrier. Use the original shipping box for the return. Do not pack the item in small boxes or bags.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, wrong item, incorrect quantity), please send the item back with postage paid by us.
- Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong order, image mismatch, size issues) are not accepted.
- We offer one free size adjustment within two years of purchase. For more details, click here.
Return Address: Please confirm the return address by contacting us at info@breval.jp.
Other Conditions: Even in the above cases, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges if:
- More than 8 days have passed since the product arrived.
- The product has been used.
- The product has been altered or cleaned by the customer.
- The product has been damaged or stained due to misuse.
- There is no proof of purchase.
