Q I want to see the products in person. Does ANNA DIAMOND have a physical store?

A We do not have a permanent physical store at the moment. We occasionally hold pop-up events and other events both in Japan and internationally. Information about our pop-ups can be found on our Instagram, and we encourage you to check it out.

 

Q I want to see the products in person. Are there any select shops that carry your products?

A Here are the select shops that carry our products (as of May 2024, including planned locations):

    • TWO WHEELERS’ FLAT, Roppongi Hills (from the end of August 2024 to the end of September 2024)

 

■About Shipping

Q Is there a shipping fee?

A We offer free shipping worldwide.

 

Q How long does it take from ordering to shipment?

A The time it takes varies depending on the product:

1. Made-to-order products: Generally, it takes about one month after ordering.
2. Quick Delivery products: These are usually shipped within 3 business days after ordering.

 

Q I want to track my order. How can I do that?

A You can check the status of your delivery via the tracking URL provided in the shipping notification email sent after dispatch.

 

■About Warranty

Q What should I do if my jewelry breaks during normal use after purchase?

A If any damage occurs within two years of purchase, we offer free repairs. Additionally, within one year of purchase, we offer one free size adjustment (for more details, please check here).

 

■Returns & Exchanges

Q What should I do if I receive a different product than I ordered, or if the product is damaged?

■About Packaging

Q Is gift wrapping available?

A We do not offer a gift wrapping option, but all customers receive a high-quality jewelry box and a warranty certificate that are suitable for gifting.
